Who we are
Selleris Connect is a client collaboration platform for agencies, operated by Selleris LLC, a Delaware company with its registered office at 8 The Green, STE R, Dover, DE 19901, USA. Selleris LLC is the data controller for personal information collected through connect.selleris.com. This policy is intended to meet the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable U.S. state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly — name, work email, phone, company, role, and the content of messages you send when you book a demo or contact us. We also collect technical data automatically: IP address, browser and device information, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps, using cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies and tracking below). We may supplement business contact details from publicly available sources and B2B data providers.
How we use information
We use personal information to respond to inquiries and provide the service (performance of a contract), for B2B marketing and outreach (legitimate interest), to send newsletters where you have subscribed (consent), to operate, secure, and improve the website (legitimate interest), and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information for money; some analytics and prospecting cookies may qualify as “sharing” under U.S. state privacy laws — you can opt out at any time via Cookie settings, and we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals.
Integrations and connected services
When your agency connects a delivery tool such as Jira, Linear, or GitHub Projects, Selleris Connect processes the workspace and project data you authorize in order to generate client-facing views. That data belongs to our customer: Selleris LLC processes it as a processor (service provider) under the customer’s subscription agreement and data processing addendum, not under this policy. Access is scoped to what the customer chooses to connect and can be revoked at any time.
Data sharing
We disclose personal information only to service providers acting on our instructions — hosting (Microsoft Azure), CRM and communications (HubSpot), analytics and consent management (see Cookies and tracking below) — to professional advisors where reasonably necessary, and to public authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration.
Data retention
We keep inquiry and prospect data for up to 3 years from last contact, customer account data for the duration of the agreement plus legally required retention periods, marketing data until you opt out, and analytics data for up to 26 months. After that, data is deleted or anonymized unless a longer period is required by law or to defend legal claims.
Security
We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit, access controls, and vendor due diligence. The platform is hosted on Microsoft Azure.
International transfers
We are a U.S. company, and some of our providers process data in the United States and other countries. Where personal data is transferred out of the EEA, we rely on safeguards under GDPR Articles 45–46, such as adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses, or the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
If you are in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability of your data, object to processing based on legitimate interests (including direct marketing), withdraw consent at any time, and lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. If you are a U.S. resident in a state with a comprehensive privacy law, you can request access, correction, deletion, and a portable copy of your information, and opt out of “sale” or “sharing”; you will not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
